At Sanctuary we serve adults and adolescents.

We meet with clients one-on-one, in pairs, and as a family unit.

We work with people experiencing a variety of struggles, including anxiety, depression, recovery from trauma, relational challenges, and life transitions.

Seeking help, support, and professional treatment is a valuable step.

We affirm that:

  • Emotional, mental, relational and spiritual health are as important as physical health, and are closely linked to one another.

  • Psychological problems are real, and deserve to be addressed.

  • A person is not to blame for his or her mental health or relationship struggles.

  • It is every person’s right to ask for help and receive it.

  • Hope is real. In our work we see people heal and recover and find greater well being.
